Cons: Rooms at the front suffer from loud traffic all night
Cons: Breakfast was meagre and of poor quality.
Cons: Although my rooms decor was tired with age . i was still pleased to stay there.
Cons: Was not informed abt the additional taxes which i had to pay on top of the room fare. hotel owner was not ready to provide breakfast although it was inclusive in the fare. we had to argue to get the breakfast which was very ordinary.
Cons: Service charges that we paid extra for. not really an issue only 2 euro each a day, but we had mo prior warning
Cons: Very loud with our window overlooking a busy roundabout
woman who runs the hotel was a bit rude
the breakfast was awful, inedible
location not really close to anything - bars, restaurants
not a double bed, 2 singles pushed together
Cons: Breakfast not very good. was not sign-posted and was difficult to find. can be noisy in the evening.
Cons: The only thing would be that despite making the bed they put the sheets on that had already been used. but all in all a fantastic experience.
my room was small, but well appointed (tv, safe, and most importantly in roman summer a fridge!). breakfast was fairly comprehensive by italian standards (croissant, biscotti, decent coffee and fruit juice).
the staff spoke adequate english to communicate with me (since my italian is woefully inadequate) and were courteous and helpful.
i would say that the location of this hotel is its greatest selling point- it is possible to walk to the roman forum in no more than 10-15 minutes and by metro (accessed right next to the hotel), it is possible even quicker.
some good local restaurants, not too 'touristy'.
in all? 250 euros for 4 nights in high season? rather a bargin and i would not hesitate to return myself.
Cons: Not the place to stay if you expect a romantic break in a luxurious hotel
Cons: The traffic noice through the nights on the streetside is really lout. it was difficult to have a good nightrest.
Cons: Poor breakfast
Cons: Wireless would be very helpful and the cleanliness in the bathroom could be a bit better.
Cons: Had to ask twice for the bill i had payed for in cash! from the reservation it is not clear, that rooms are still to be paid on arrival. thought i had it payed by visa!!
Cons: No wireless internet.
