Pros: As near to home away from home as we ever found (newly converted apartment) liked room, beds, bathroom. much appreciated small kitchen with microwave, kettle for tea and coffee machine. breakfast tray in room basic. staff friendly and helpful. excellent location near termini station, buses, metro, shops. would stay there again and recommend it.
Cons: Had room 5 over inner courtyard, quiet considering location, away from traffic, but heard tv in room 4. for an internationally advertised place, no foreign language tv (except france 24 in french).

charming Rome hotel with a terrace, located close to Termini Station and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.
A very short walk from Roma Termini Station, Roman Terrace Rome is located in the east of the city centre. A large number of churches can be found within a short radius of the hotel, including Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, Sant’Andrea al Quirinale and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Villa Giulia and the Baths of Diocletian are a few minutes on foot to the north, and Teatro dell’Opera and Palazzo del Quirinale lie to the west.
