As near to home away from home as we ever found (newly converted apartment)...

A very short walk from Roma Termini Station, Roman Terrace Rome is located in the east of the city centre. A large number of churches can be found within a short radius of the hotel, including Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, Sant’Andrea al Quirinale and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Villa Giulia and the Baths of Diocletian are a few minutes on foot to the north, and Teatro dell’Opera and Palazzo del Quirinale lie to the west.

A new establishment set in a recently renovated historical building, Roman Terrace is a charming property overlooking a quiet pedestrianised street. Guests can relax on the beautiful private terrace or the designated reading corner, or keep connected at the Internet point. Sun beds are also available to enjoy the brighter weather. The hotel’s welcoming staff is on hand to offer advice and information about tourist attractions, shopping, eating and leisure opportunities.

All of the guest rooms in Roman Terrace Rome have individually controlled heating and air conditioning and feature a range of modern amenities including LCD television with satellite access, minibar, safe, alarm clock and cordless telephone. Wireless Internet is also accessible in the rooms. Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower Jacuzzi, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, soaps and shower cap. A laptop is also available in the room, upon request.

This Rome hotel is located on the pedestrianised Via Daniele Manin, just off Piazza dell’Esquilino, enjoying views of Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. This area is replete with churches, shops and restaurants: Santa Maria degli Angeli, Santa Maria della Vittoria, San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane o San Carlino and Vital Dent Roma are all within easy walking distance from the accommodation. Parco di Traiano, site of the Domus Aurea, can be reached on foot to the south, leading on to the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine. For attractions further afield, Termini metro station is only a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation and is a great public transport point from visit such attractions as Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Circus Maximus, besides many more.
