Pros: There was nothing positive
Cons: All that was writen on websit was a lie, they dont have any food service whatso ever, no cafes near by that opens, in other words your starving yourself throughout your stay there. location is so far away from the metro line n citiy centre. its easy to make friends with other guests at this hotel as everyone is complaining about the same thing. itlain people are rude, unfriendly, stif, and boring, therefor i would not be going back ever!!

Cons: I told the hotel several times not to charge my card and it was charged despite the policy on your website. i wanted to pay cash but now the hotel is holding hundrds of euro on my card which i would prefer to spend whilst on holiday and the hotel said they would cancel it but they didn,t

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff in all areas with a good knowledge of rome and how to get to places quickly.
Cons: It was a bit of a trek from the metro at night after a long day walking round rome.
