"Clean, beautiful room"

Sam Rooms is a guest house led by familiar management, placed between the most important churches of the imperial Rome area: St.John in Lateran, St.Mary Major and the basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.In the middle of this famous “Holy Triangle”, Sam Rooms is the best solution for everybody wants to visit Rome and stay in its charming historical centre. The guest house is just 10/15 minutes walking away from the Colosseum and 300 metres away from S.Giovanni church, moreover Termini station is at only three underground stops of distance from here . We are situated in a very safe area of the town, so you can to go for a walk peacefully, at every hour. It will be a great honour for us to serve you while you explore the beauties of the “Eternal City”. We are at your disposal to permit you to pass a very pleasant and relaxing period, offering you every kind of useful service to make easier your stay. We can help you to organize tour, visits and itineraries or to make theatre, opera and restaurant reservations and to contact a taxi to go to the airport. Near to us you will also find a car park (which has an external management) and some supermarket for all your needs.
