Pros: The staff where great! it was way bigger than i though because i thought it was just a one room like a hotel, but it was a little apartment with lots of closet space and roomy feel.
Cons: The shower and hot water tank was tiny, and they did not provide soap.

Pros: The room was clean and a decent sized room. it was located very close to st. peter's basilica.
Cons: Towels are extremely thin compared to us hotel towels. had a hard time trying to get a hold of someone to come let us in the room because they are not open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. and it's not like us hotels where they have information on tours and such. however, it's still a decent room for the price.
