Staff was excellent and helpful, rooms were clean and housekeeping department was on top of the game. bus stop and local tabacchi/cafes/restaurants were conveniently located; i wish the metro stop were a little bit closer but not too bad. walking distance from villa borghese. breakfast was included and had a nice variety and quality of food/beverage offerings. enjoyed my stay in rome and we were very happy with our choice.Wireless internet was a little pricey and confusing to use (6 euro for 30 minutes, and there's a special code that you must type in to stop the timer that i was unaware of the first time i used it, so we wasted maybe 25 minutes of time that we paid for...) other than that we had a wonderful experience with the hotel, customer service and cleanliness was top-notch.
