Cons: The room we were assigned was more like a cave! it was next to the hotel with a door opening onto the street coevred by a security door. there were no windows and the noise level was as if you were on the street! the only way to sleep was to wear earplugs or keep the air conditioner on to drown the sounds coming from the door. there appeared to be no smoke detectors and there was only one way in and out. suffice to say, we did not feel too comfortable. also, you had to queue for breakfast as there was insufficient space for guests in the tiny breakfast room. i know that this was a one star hotel but i imagine a hostel might have been a better deal.
Cons: The noise both from inside the hotel and outside penetrated the room quite bad at times. not great for a light sleeper.
Cons: I room was not so clean and the tv did't work. it's a pretty noisy hotel maily in the morning, so bring some earplugs.
Cons: Rooms are fine but not truly top notch. a bit of mold in the shower doors but otherwise ok
Cons: Unfortunately our rooms wasn't available on arrieval, do to repair or maybe overbooking. got a less expensive room quite a distance away. for the next two nights we got back to the hotel.
Cons: We were put in a room next to the hotel with no window, no lamp and smelt very damp. would not recommend this hotel.
Cons: First room shown, no ensuite, toilet at the end of corridor the room we finally settled was at the top of several flights of stairs, then a spiral staircase, no lift, my husband is a fit seventy year old thank goodness
Cons: Had to check out to catch bus to airport at 6.30am. breakfast is from 7 to 10 yet, i was provided breakfast at 6.15. that is customer service at its best!!!
Cons: Last day there was no hot water in shower.
Cons: The hotel has no lifts and i requested for a lower floor but instead they placed me at 4th floor which was the highest floor. i have 3 big luggages and they promised to moved it over to my room when they room is ready at 12pm. however, they left it at the lobby from 10am till 8pm after my day tour in town. anyone could has just take it away!
the taxi driver lost her way to the hotel from termini station despite so near.
Cons: If there has to be a negative it has to be the room was small but we didn't go to rome to spend all our time in a hotel room. it served the purpose of having somewhere to sleep and wash.
Cons: The hotel rooms on the web site are not the rooms you are given
Cons: Bathrooms are tiny! rooms quite bland
Cons: Hotel has seen better days to say the least in terms of decor etc but for fair for price
Cons: I booked a single with bathroom and was told on arrival that only a single with shared facilities was available. i didn't mind so much but upon entering my room found that it was tiny (basically just a bed, sink and sink crammed into a small space) and one toilet/shower was shared between about 10 rooms.
