"Sei a Roma" Accommodation is situated on Via Flaminia Nuova near the Rai centre (Italian Television), Saxa Rubra.
Saxa Rubra is the name given by the Romans to the red tufa rocks which can be seen on Via Flaminia, north to Rome. According to some studies the name Saxa Rubra was already mentioned in operas written by Livio, Tacito and Cicerone. It is said that the red colour of the rocks derives from the blood shedded by the soldiers in the battle of Constantin and Massenzio.

From “Leonardo da Vinci” Fiumicino Airport:
- take the direct train "Leonardo Express" to
Termini Station, €.11 per person, runs every
30 minutes, route time, 35 minutes.
- from Termini Train Station: (€.1.00 per person)
take the Metro A line - direction to Battistini -
and get off at Flaminio, route time 6/8 min.
- from Flaminio (full center) take the "line Ferrovia
Roma Nord" (the right train is that indicated by an
electrical sign ''Servizio URBANO per Monte Bello"
on the platform), runs every 10/15 minutes and get
off at Labaro, route time 15/20 minutes.
From Ciampino Airport:
- take the bus “Atral” to Anagnina, €.1.20 per
person, route time 15 minutes.
- from Anagnina, €.1.00 per person, take metro
“A” line to Flaminio Station.
- from Flaminio (full center) take the "line Ferrovia
Roma Nord" (the right train is that indicated by an
electrical sign ''Servizio URBANO per Monte Bello"
on the platform), runs every 10/15 minutes and get
off at Labaro, route time 15/20 minutes.
By Car:
- follow signs for Roma Nord and take the exit
"Flaminia"
- please note: there are 2 ‘exit for Flaminia’; do
not take the exit towards Terni. Drive slowly, keep
to the right, and turn only at the exit towards the
Flaminia CENTER.
- and after approximately 400 metres turn right
where you will see the signs for Saxa Rubra -
Centro Rai.
- follow the indications for Centro Rai: Via Maurizio
Barendson, Via Silvio Gigli, Via Enzo Tortora

Extremely lovely, friendly, helpful staff. room very clean on arrival and cleaned everday!It may sound petty, but the breakfast provided was a little mundane, i understand that it was a 'italian' breakfast, but it would have been nice to have a little variety rather than the same thing everday, maybe the cooking facilites could have been a little more vast say a jug etc in the kitchen would have been good. but overall a nice place to stay. 08 Jan 09
Very clean rooms and very pleasant staff which was helpful. nice room and bathroom. a pleasant location to stay while in rome.I didn't like the train connecting rome to labaro (place where hotel is) very much but if you come back from the city at around 19:30 - 20:00 it's ok. 17 Jul 08

Bright and clean rooms, good shower, good towels changed regulary, balcony with view. brilliant. The breakfast was not very good and we could have done with two chairs to sit in on the balcony.22 Mar 08

The staff is superb! they are very friendly and helpful.The hotel is located in an isolated area, the path to the train station is a little bit dark. i would not recommend it for woman/mature travellers traveling alone.17 Jul 07
