Cinecittà Due Rome

One of the best things to do, besides eating in Italy, is SHOPPING! Now if Italians are anything like Americans, they love to spend time at the Mall. Righté Sure they do and why not, they are all inclusive places to go. They have food, entertainment, bookstores, bathrooms, cute little kiosks with those adoring little nic nacs and shiny new stuff that we all love to look and maybe even buy. So not to be cliché' but when in Rome...Let's break out the credit cards, cash or the traveler's checks and spend, spend and spend some more. And the best place to do it in the Largest and the first big Mega Mall in Rome. The Cinecittâ Due. This was the first big shopping mall to open in Rome and immediately met with such enormous success as to completely overwhelm the parking facilities. A few months ago, a new hall was opened, increasing the shopping possibilities considerably. The shops are of the highest quality - for example, in the clothing sector, Max Mara, or the big department store Coin. Basically, there's everything: herbalists, hairdressers, jewelers, snack bars, kiosks, ice cream stands, furniture stores, bookseller's, lingerie and sports shops. Happy hours can be whiled away under the roof of the mall, window-shopping or buying what you need in whatever department.
