Nobody there when we arrived, even though we informed in advance about our arrival time in Rome. We had to make a phone call at our own cost first in order to have somebody to come from another B&B to check us in.Then, the elevator didn't work and we have to walk up to the 5th floor with all our luggage! Our room was under the roof (nice and quiet, but no window to the street, only a small one in the roof)... and the stair to go up that narrow that you could hardly carry up the suitcases. The shower was much to small, we could hardly stand upright or turn around. First, when we arrived, the remote controll for the AC didn't work... batteries had to be changed. We asked for another room... nothing else available. The next day, another room is available, but with broken safe....And last but not least, the breakfast was quite poor... not even fresh bread! (Obviously, this is the law in Italy for B&B: no fresh food...???) ...and not to speek of the coffee machine that didn't work because it should have been descaled... Anyway, Rome was great and is indeed worse a trip! But next time, we would definitely book a different hotel!

"Bed and Bread"
BB63 should be renamed bed and bread sixty three because that's all you get for breakfast. Situated atop a fifth floor flat in the cultural crossroads of Rome, just outside termini station. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the showers are ice cold, never did we have hot water for more than 30 seconds, of which it scolded my back. There was no full time attendant, so any questions had to be addressed in the morning. Value for the price was not good, overall my most expensive and lowest quality stay in Italy. Again the beds were comfortable, but there was no a.c. And the room got extremely hot at night. And not to mention the sketchy elevator broke two days into our stay so we had to trek the steps up and down each time we left. And then with luggage. Overall, find somewhere else with included BREAKFAST for le as money!

"Cheap and Cheerful"
We very much enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The rooms are of a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for anyone wishing to take Rome in on foot. The breakfast is basic, but you really don't need much more than that anyway. We had a minor issue with the hot water the first couple of days, but that seemed to fix itself after that. Other than that minor issue this is a great little place for people who wish to spend their entire day in the city and just use the room for some rest.

Pros: We stayed in a lovely apartment with lots of space, nice shower and a big kitchen.
we followed the directions from the website which was a big mistake, so make sure you follow the directions they email to you.
very good value for money.
many lovely restaurants close by.
its nice a private and so you don't feel like a tourist that sticks to large hotels.
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing - juice and bread.
the shower head was broken so you couldn't adjust the height, which was fine for me but not for my 6'1 boyfriend

"Great location, about 1 minute walk from termini, 10 minutes from coloseum"
Pros: Great location, about 1 minute walk from termini, 10 minutes from coloseum. if clean properly, it could be really nice place.
Cons: Very basic breakfast. we weren't able to have coffee in the morning since filter in the coffee maker hasn't been changed in weeks and there was mold in it. there was also mold in the shower.
"Feedback is only about macao rooms: good location, rooms are in good..."
Pros: Feedback is only about macao rooms: good location, rooms are in good condition. friendly staff.
Cons: Feedback is only about macao rooms: breakfast is very moderate so if you are selective, don't be surprized. room doors seemed to be out of paper, of course it gives you a little bit of privacy, as you can't see through, but if your neighbors are likely to be noisy, forget about good rest.. also, uncomfortable beds. if one expects to sleep in double bed, all one gets is two single beds combined together.

"The room was good"
Pros: The room was good.. location was quite satisfactory..
Cons: They have given 5 keys to reach to our room. one of the door is so difficult to open and you need to be precise in the way you put the key in the door to open it else it wont open. first morning i did not have that skill and i thought i am almost caught inside and the worst part is no body is there nearby to help you..
"We were delighted with the location, cleanliness,

would certainly return there for another stay!
