 "good"
Hotel is clean, neat and pretty easy. Conforms to three stars. If your goal is just to sleep it really fit. Location is very good, it is easy to reach Rome oldtouwn. However, since a hotel near Termini station therefore noisy. Opening the window could not sleep, climate control did not work, it slept pretty poorly. Breakfast is simple, but if you do not like to eat much in the mornings definitely suffice. Since this station area is to store your bags.

 "short stay in rome"
on arrival at the temini station myself and my wife found the b&b very easy to find, as the manager sent us very good directions in emails.although the accomodation ws not on the 4th floor and didnt really have a good view as advertised.but on whole we would stay here again.

"Couldn't fault it for a cheap and easy city break."
The SixtyThree B&B are cheap, located in a very easy-to-find place, surprisingly quiet (so a good sleep) and were great at processing my booking. It isn't hard to spot that SixtyThree are basic - so don't expect anything spectacular in terms of quality BUT if you want clean, well-serviced, comfortable beds with a do-it-yourself breakfast, then you really can't fault what SixtyThree are offering. I would definitely use them if I were visiting Rome again.

 "Quiet and Cozy"
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Via Macao location for 2 whole weeks over Christmas. Our stay was wonderful! Our room was quite big and always clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and was close to public transport, though we walked nearly everywhere. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Small, but adequate breakfast and room in the refrigerator for our own food. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

 "Macao studio 9"
Studio was fine, clean and comfortable. Location 10 min walk north of Termini station and walkable to all places of interest, average 20 - 30 min, in the day time that's nothing if youlike walking. Few restaurants in the area and a supermarket just around the corner - small street market in the next street every morning if you want fresh fruit and veg!Only negatives were - Only Italian T.V. - very poor wi fi (available on the 4th floor though) i knew this but didn't realise how much i would miss it!! Also the entrance to the room abovepassed the bedroom window, when the hall light was on it was as if it was on in the bedroom, i had to get up and turn it off one night as the noisy people above left it on!!All in all not a bad place to stay for the price and location.

"Best Value; IKEA decor, Next door neighbor friendliness, Great location"
This property offered a double room with a private bath and access to a kitchen all within the confines of a condominium apartment. There were two other guest rooms within the apartment. Internet service was included. Everything was clean. The building is within walking distance of Termini Station. Something special happened here. I contracted an intestinal virus and was unable to move. The apartment owner asked me if he could get me something from the pharmacy. I asked for imodium and within a half hour he had returned with the medication! This act of kindness raised my spirits as well as curtailed my intestinal troubles! I had a great trip to Rome.

 "Good alternative to normal Hostels"
The hostel looks more like an apartment. You can use a microwave, a water heater and so on. Very good service for that. You also can eat for breakfast as much as you want. If you don't stay for a longer period of time there, toast and cornflakes are ok for the morning.Only the cleaning lady was kind of suspect: She came early, was chatting in the morning and sitting in the corridor of the apartment where there was a guest-pc. In addition, she was watching TV and calling with her friends in a noise where we woke up because of her. She was waiting until the guests were going out of the apartment, so we felt like we had to go. This was the only negative aspect, which was annoying for us!

"Not an hotel but nice & comfort rooms!"
Hi... I stayed with my friend during Xmas and New Year's Eve week. It's definitely not an hotel, and the b&b does not offer breakfast, you need to buy most of the food by yourself and preper your own food. It's a sharing apartment. Could have stayed in a regular apartment and save more than half of the money. All though... I never met the owner in person, my all contact person were Mikaela, she is awesome girl, she would love to help and give all the info you might need, but she's there only at the morning time and most of the time you have to figure everything by yourself. You have computer that you can use which is nice... But I wish there was someone to suggest things about the city, even if they'll put tour offers that would have help very much. Internet service was really good though, the kitchen was clean and nice, rooms were very clean, bed was awesome! Can't complain the location worth it all... I mean... If you are first time in Rome just ask Mikaela anything you wanna know before you leave the rooms at the morning. I enjoyed in my stay... And I will def come back for the rooms, they were really nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing and the fact that you are alone mist of the time... It really will make a different if soneone was there in the evening to. If you are self traveler and like your tranquility that's def a place for you, and just a cross the corner you will find the "yellow" guest house to party at nights.... ;))

 "Comfortable 'home from home'"
We were warmly received from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and helpful staff, with working Internet connections as well!Easy location for access to central Rome. Nights were surprisingly quiet for such an internationally-renowned capital city!

 "Like:)"
I liked it but the double bed has two single mattresses that kept sliding apart, which was pretty uncomfortable. Also, it was said to be sound proof but it wasnt a all:((Otherwise we liked it.Tjx

 "Pleasant stay"
We stayed ad 63 for 7 nights and it was ok..The girl who was our host was very kind and helpful, rooms were clean,..Breakfast is also ok, a bit boring when you stay there for more nights, but it's ok...Only problem is that our bed consisted of two bed and we had problem during sleeping time because they separated all the time and it was bit uncomfortable..Generally, it's really nice and pleasant place to stay...

 "Perfect...."
We've stayed there for 10 nights. Very good location, walkable to all important places in Rome (and very close to metro and train station). Clean and nice, very private and comfortable. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee or late night beer :) Michaela (girl who took care of our stay there) was very helpfull and speaks English very well. Everything that was in description for the room (actually small apartment with kitchen, balcony and bathroom) was as it was described! If we would go back to Rome we are sure we would not have any second toughts to get this accommodation again!.... so if you wanna complete your stay in this already beautiful city renting in Sixtythree B&B is way to do that, we would recomend it to you as we already have to all of our friends! :)

 "Long Weekend in Rome"
Plusses: Rooms were clean, nothing too fancy but still good. Airco worked. Location was awesome so close to termini.Minus: It was a bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very basic. Koffie, milk, orange juice, cornflakes & corn pops, and toast bread with jam & creamchees. The brerad was so dry the only way to eat it was to toast. We had to buy our own bread to make breakfast fun.Minus: The street was a little bit odd. The street numbering in the middle was odd so it took u 20 minutes to find while already in the correct street.

 "Great location"
Perfect location, right by the Rome Termini station. Make sure that you check your email to say what time you are arriving. Awesome breakfast. The only downside is the noise of other patrons.

"too expensive for what it is"
Nobody there when we arrived, even though we informed in advance about our arrival time in Rome. We had to make a phone call at our own cost first in order to have somebody to come from another B&B to check us in.Then, the elevator didn't work and we have to walk up to the 5th floor with all our luggage! Our room was under the roof (nice and quiet, but no window to the street, only a small one in the roof)... and the stair to go up that narrow that you could hardly carry up the suitcases. The shower was much to small, we could hardly stand upright or turn around. First, when we arrived, the remote controll for the AC didn't work... batteries had to be changed. We asked for another room... nothing else available. The next day, another room is available, but with broken safe....And last but not least, the breakfast was quite poor... not even fresh bread! (Obviously, this is the law in Italy for B&B: no fresh food...???) ...and not to speek of the coffee machine that didn't work because it should have been descaled... Anyway, Rome was great and is indeed worse a trip! But next time, we would definitely book a different hotel!

 "Bed and Bread"
BB63 should be renamed bed and bread sixty three because that's all you get for breakfast. Situated atop a fifth floor flat in the cultural crossroads of Rome, just outside termini station. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the showers are ice cold, never did we have hot water for more than 30 seconds, of which it scolded my back. There was no full time attendant, so any questions had to be addressed in the morning. Value for the price was not good, overall my most expensive and lowest quality stay in Italy. Again the beds were comfortable, but there was no a.c. And the room got extremely hot at night. And not to mention the sketchy elevator broke two days into our stay so we had to trek the steps up and down each time we left. And then with luggage. Overall, find somewhere else with included BREAKFAST for le as money!
