Pros: The managers (day and evening) were very helpful and pleasant. they gave us clear instructions on how to get around by metro. we appreciate assistance in getting taxi to the airport with short notice.

we also liked the availability of wi-fi and use of the hotel's computer without any additional charge. the microwave and coffee maker were very nice amenities.

Pros: Perfect location, within easy reach of the metro and just 10 minutes walk from the coliseum. we also had 2 lovely meals at a restaurant near by. but by far the the nicest experience we had was the welcome we got from the owner/manager when we arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful as was all the staff throughout our visit. they made us feel very welcome and explained the local area and amenities and made sure we knew our way around and gave us advice on where to eat and what to see etc.

Pros: Alfred was very helpful and very kind. he gave us a lot of information of rome, where to go, where to eat, etc. he really knows about customer service.
the hotel is clean, but it is a little bit old.
it is close to metro station and some bus stops.
Cons: The website didn´t advise that the payment cannot be done with credit card. we are not used to travel with a lot of money (in cash) for security reasons, so we weren´t prepared with the amount of money to be paid for the stay.
our room was next to the main street and we could hear the cars´ noise during the night.

Pros: We (three 20 somethings) had a great stay at the sleeping beauty hotel. it's run by a lovely couple, alfred who we met went out of his way to give us a good run down of the city, places to go, where to eat, you name it! there are only a few rooms and it's not like a normal hotel but the rooms are a decent size, clean and tidy etc. seperate kitchen and bathrooms were not a problem as you can opt for a private bathrooom if you want & there was a fridge in our room as well as in the main kitchen which we had full use of if we wanted. anyway, great hotel. would definitely recommend!
