"Apartment was large and spacious and in an excellent location"

Pros: Apartment was large and spacious and in an excellent location. would stay here again despite the few things listed in the negative section. easy to book personnel where excellent in dealing with the issue i had below.

"I booked this place as the price great for its location"

Pros: I booked this place as the price great for its location. hotels around this area were all too expensive so i said i would give his studio apartment a try as the price was cheaper. it was perfect and so close to everything, i would stay again. also booked a studio buy were given a two bed apartment which was lovely and spacious
Cons: Only one small negative was getting the key when we arrived as we ended up waiting 1-2 hours for it and the lady wasn't very nice on the phone either when we were trying to locate her.... a bit rude.

Pros: It was confusing that we did not recieve the adress of the apartment until i called to have it. the owner was very polite and friendly, but the agency had impolite way to co-operate.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic and really well equipped in a great location and at a great price - a great holiday. the apartment was much nicer and better equipped than we got the impression of on the website - ie - there was a washing machine which we didn't expect and it had a hair dryer and other nice touches. i nearly hesitated to book with you for lack of detail re the apartments and other people may as well.
