It was confusing that we did not recieve the adress of the apartment until i called to have it. the owner was very polite and friendly, but the agency had impolite way to co-operate.

The apartment was fantastic and really well equipped in a great location and at a great price - a great holiday. the apartment was much nicer and better equipped than we got the impression of on the website - ie - there was a washing machine which we didn't expect and it had a hair dryer and other nice touches. i nearly hesitated to book with you for lack of detail re the apartments and other people may as well.
