Pros: The location was excellent, within walking distance of the vatican.
Cons: The doorman watched us struggle with our bags and made no attempt to help. in spite of the fact that they were not busy, we stood at the reception desk for sometime before anyone made an effort to help us.

Pros: Fabulous breakfast, for a short stay, stay longer than four days and you may get bored with it. brilliant location. clean and met value expectations.
Cons: No brocade bedspreads as in their advertisement. also we could not get the air conditioning to work, and the mini bar was warm. we stayed for three nights and had to pay for items out of the mini bar every day ( which was just water) which we found irritatating, its not like they did'nt have our credit card if we did a runner.

Cons: The air conditioning did not work, could not sleep for the heat, when i asked for it to be fixed i was told that there was no a/c in all off the hotel.
the electric went off two nights in our room,the room was very shody not how it was discribed on the internet,the bar was very expencive 9 euros for 1 beer when you can buy one
across the road for 2 euros.
the only good thing about the hotel was its location.
in my opinion this is a 2 star hotel not a 4.

Pros: The hotel was perfectly located and we were able to get around easily. the staff was helpful and pleasant. we would definitely stay there again even though it was a little pricy. the breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day!

Cons: Our 1st room which was upgraded to a superior room was quite noisy and heard the refuse disposal come at 12.30am and 6.30 am, we complained and were moved to a suite which was stunning. howevever the night we stayed in the suite was the night there was a power cut and could not benefit from any of the facilities this room had to offer.
