Pros: We booked both rooms on the top floor as we had 2 children with us. both rooms were excellent. very functional, but also very funky. the location was first class, right near the spanish steps. also, the staff could not be more helpful and attentive.overall a first class experience. i travel a lot and unfortunately do not have such pleasant experiences as the suite sistina were able to offer. well done.
Cons: Lots of stairs, but the staff helped with the luggage.

Pros: I found that there was nothing the staff wouldn't do to make your stay as comfortable and nice as possible. the room was very innovative, i particularly liked the disco ball above the shower and for once, quiet air conditioning!
Cons: The only down sides i would say is that in spite of all these luxuries, things could have been improved, like it's all well and good having a huge plasma tv to watch, but all the channels were italian. also the shower leaked very badly and everytime my girlfriend, now fiancee, took a shower we ended up with a swimming pool in our room.
