I found that there was nothing the staff wouldn't do to make your stay as comfortable and nice as possible. the room was very innovative, i particularly liked the disco ball above the shower and for once, quiet air conditioning!
The only down sides i would say is that in spite of all these luxuries, things could have been improved, like it's all well and good having a huge plasma tv to watch, but all the channels were italian. also the shower leaked very badly and everytime my girlfriend, now fiancee, took a shower we ended up with a swimming pool in our room. 05 Feb 08
