 "Easter at sweet dreams"
We've had a good time at Sweet Dreams with a warmly welcome and a present for free at Easter. Veronica gave a very good tip for a restaurant nearby. So we ate there all evenings. Due to our personal point of view we considered the b&b as a warm one. The room itself was also very warm. Breakfast was good and enough and had some special things who were typical Italian at Easter. We cetrainly recommend this b&b if you want to stay in the surroundings of the vatican and its museum

 "Not that impressed"
In terms of the actual B&B, pretty place when you walk in to the main area. Great location. However the room we were put in was very small with a tiny en suite shower. Everuyeyou ran the tap a horrible noise would start from the toilet as if piping problems! It also let off a horrible smell back from the toilet.The decor was nice but the communal breakfast room was also tiny. Walls were every thin so could hear everything from our room.The breakfast was nothing more than a couple of croissants, tea (without any milk provided) and a sachet of Nutella.The staff were pleasant and helpful

 "Great stay"
Great atmosphere, friendly and capable personel, clean rooms. Maybe 300 meters from the Vatican. Good restaurants just around the corner (Balestrari, Il Matriciano)What more can you ask for.

 "Very nice B&B"
This B&B has three very nice rooms with a big bath room! In the morning breakfast was made for us. Very nice and quiet B&B, we didn't see the hostes the whole weekend but that was actually no problem, we had the B&B for ourselves ;-) Location is perfect! 2 minutes walk to St. Pieters square, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood ans subway 5 minutes walk!

 "Pleasant stay at Sweet Dreams"
Sweet dreams is a comfortable B&B on a perfect location, close to the Vatican City and underground/buses. Rooms were very clean, very friendly staff, very extended breakfast. Our only complaint is the warm water supply, during our stay it was not possible for two persons to take a shower one after the other.

 "Rooms were well maintained, clean and quiet"
Pros: Rooms were well maintained, clean and quiet. location was great, 1 block from the vatican.
Cons: The person running the b & b did not have information about our reservation and i had to provide that to him. it was not a problem. he also is not there 24 hours, so you need to make arrangements to pay when he is going to be on site.
