The internet and the elevator were not working during our entire stay and to carry 2 suitcases all the way up to the third floor was quite heavy. we had to ask for assistance and it took quite some trouble to get help with the luggage.

Room was clean and tidy. reception staff helpful regarding any questions. easy access to rome centre from subway near hotel. supermarket just 3mins away+open late!
Not appliccable at this time of year, but why has the hotel a swimming pool right outside windows on ground floor!??
