Very friendly, mulitlingual staff. quiet room. comfortable bed and pillows.
The room i booked on lastminute.com was at least £100 more expensive than the same style of room booked by another guest. the tiling in the bathroom next to the shower was missing (room 713).

No issues with our booking. we got there and everything was in order. the hotel staff were helpful. the hotel looked nice and was clean. sometimes website images vs realty normally is different, but in this case the images were accurate. the hotel is in a quiter place of trastevere, but with just 2 stops in tram 8 you can get right into the heart of trastevere and from there on everything is close by. we stayed here and hardly spent on travel other than the 1euro tram tickets... good location. i tried the spa as well and this was nice too.
Dont expect this to be the busiest area and for the first day we were not sure we made the right choice in location. but once you realise how close you are to the busy life, things seemed better. rates could have been slightly lowered.
