The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the train station. there were many buses from outside the hotel to all the major sites. 
When we checked into our room, the cot we requested was not in the room. but after asking them to set one up, one was ready for us by night. the decor was slightly for an older taste.Hanzal

The hotel looks nice from the outside and on entry. the dining room is lovely and very plushly decorated.Our room had looked great at some point a few years ago but was now a bit tatty around the edges. the breakfast was ok but nothing special and you had to pay extra for basics such as cereal, eggs, etc. the remote control in our room didn't work, nor did the heating/airconditioning unit. the hairdryer was broken. however, i didn't complain to the staff about any of these things as i didn't feel like making a fuss on holiday so i didn't give them a chance to sort it out, but it's poor for so many things not to be working.Tony Schifano

The staff was very helpful in every way.good location,the bus stop was right by the hotel and it took you by all the sights.i would stay here again.be careful for the pick pocketers on the bus they almost my walet.Mrs. S. Leitch

Staff very friendly and hotel is in good location with easy access for transport services. breakfast was excellent. Double room was tiny, not enough space for two people and view from rear of hotel very unpleasant. room size was disappointing and not mentioned on web site.
