We survived our stay! see below.
I was very dissapointed as it was difficult to find our room [6th floor] even after 4 days. there are no fire escape signs leading you out of the hotel. there is nowhere to hang tales in the bathroom and no place for soap etc in the shower.the curtains could not be opened unless you unhooked them from ther rail. we returned from dinner the first night to find that the lock on our door was faulty and they did not put us in another room [obviously minus our clothes and toiletories] until 11pm. the following morning we moved into the new room but the safe did not work and the shower leaked, on top of all these problems the phone did not work so i had to find my way down to reception to report the problems. i asked to see the manager or owner but this never happened. i suggested that i should have been recompensed for all the problems and inconvenience, but this never happened. it is a shame as this hotel has the potenial, but service was sadly lacking, and i have grave doubts about fire safety.Anonymous

Realy good service breakfast was very good plenty to choose from and was freshly prepaired. It was a shame we could not get into our room until 2pm no one told us that. also a shame no bar.TEALE
