"We stayed in the rsr deluxe rooms on the second floor"

WRH Suites Rome is centrally located close to the Termini Railway Station and just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the city centre. The building that houses the guesthouse, with its high ceilings and large windows that provide a cosy and luminous ambiance, dates back to the early 19th century. Via Daniele Manin, where a wide choice of good and typical Roman restaurants can be found, has been transformed into a pedestrian area.

WRH Suites Rome is a unique and exclusive residence, and professionalism and excellent attention to detail are just some of its strong points.

In order to provide guests a relaxing and comfortable environment, the hotel has meticulously designed each room, paying close attention to even the smallest details. This, along with quality fittings and materials which were hand picked by the architect's team, mean that the guests can enjoy a wonderful and unique experience in the beautiful city of Rome. The building originally dates back to the beginning of the last century, and like many buildings of the era, the rooms have high walls and large windows which conveniently provide a luminous and airy atmosphere.

Pros: We stayed in the rsr deluxe rooms on the second floor. very pretty room. the guy who checked us in was so nice and accommodating! we had flown in from barcelona on a 6 am flight and were completely exhausted. instead of kicking us out till 2 pm when normal check in was, they had our room ready for us within an hour of us arriving. we were so relieved! he recommended places to go and see. very happy! we had access to the terrace which was very pleasant and cute- if only we had had time to enjoy it! would stay here again for sure!
Cons: The wifi would cut out numerous times. there were ants all over the breakfast area. when we were brought a tray of snacks for the morning, ants were crawling on the tray. not a major issue since everything was wrapped. the wifi issue was more disconcerting. the location was good for the metro but it was a little unnerving at night being 2 girls with a lot of street sellers (only like 2 blocks from the hotel) hassling us when we were trying to get back to the hotel.

Pros: The location was great and the rooms in the main hotel were lovely. the added free internet was a nice bonus.
Cons: We were moved after our 1st night into the appartment, which simply was not of the same standard compared with the hotel room which i had actually booked. as this was our honeymoon this was a great disappointment. the trams run past the buidling and on the 4th floor the noise was minimal, however on the 1st floor in the appartment it was impossible to sleep after the trams start at 5.30am, so it was certainly not the relaxing start to our honeymoon as anticipated.

Pros: Very close to the central train station. the family room was spacious with high vaulted ceilings; included separate bedroom with pull out couch and a small kitchenette. the front door and room door locking systems provided advanced security.

Pros: Thanks for the flexibility and kindness of the staff, we really felt well in the double room, very good location, excellent modern interior, cleanliness, good facilities. absolutely satisfied with the room we stayed and would choose it again.
Cons: On the other hand, the apartment needs some modernization, the sofa is very uncomfortable and stained, the apartment needs more cleaning, the kitchen lacks utensils. the apartment has a very noisy location due to the street below with restaurant terraces open late night, the elevator is also very noisy and keeps you awake.

Pros: Hotel staff was extremely helpful and the room was very funky. loved the idea of the modern guest house. pc and tv are set in the room, very useful.
Cons: I did not know their check in and check out time are limited. we came back from coach trip and arrived at the hotel 1 hour earlier than agreed time and we had to wait. website description could make this a little more clearer.

Cons: Really poor breakfast-actually it wasn't look like a breakfast at all...quite dirty room and small-hair on the bedlinen...the heating wasn't working the times we were in the hotel and it was very cold...we couldn't use the air condition as well...
