"Nice and Close"

+ Rooms are clean and the kitchen is really useful.+ The staff are really kind and helpful.- Much tram and train noise. Might bother sleeping if you are sensitive.- The shower sink is more or less blocked. Makes the room floor wet.

"Never Again"

Was very disappointed with this Hotel, as the pictures on Tripadvisor show a lovely room but the room was very old and needs refurbished and the bed was so uncomfortable, we slept terribly and our backs were aching every morning. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was clean.

"Let's be clear here"

This is a very nice hotel, but not nearly worth the 4 star hotel rating. Maybe a 4 out of 5 star hostile rating, but that's just about it. Four stars to us usually means comfortable beds, nice furnishings, a relatively large and quiet room, optional room service, pool, fitness center, etc. This hotel had none of this. We opted for the 'suite', which did have a jetted tub and a true king size bed for an extra 10 Euro or so per night over the standard room rate. Still, the bed was unfathomably hard and difficult to sleep on and was probably purchased from Ikea. The bathroom had no separation from the rest of the room, with the jetted tub out in the open. Fine for us married folk, but the splash from the shower head routinely got part of the floor wet. It's also important to note the hotel is on a train line. Trains begin at about 6 am and stop at about 10pm. With the windows closed, it's still easy to hear them pass by every few minutes. The hotel is in a fairly large building on the fourth floor with other 'hotels' or hostels taking up the first three floors. There is a small elevator to the fourth floor. This being said, the staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are modern and clean. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from most major attractions in Rome and about a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Rome is generally fairly expensive and this place presents an economical option, but it should really be considered a 2-3 star place or an extremely nice hostile.

"Our stay at WRH Suites"

My wife & I have just returned from Rome after spending 4 nights in WRH Suites. We both found this hotel to be very clean comfortable and central to the train station & tourist buses etc. The staff were very helpful in every aspect & extremely pleasant. I found the free wi fi very helpful & having a computer supplied with the room is fantastic, I was able to check emails keep in touch with family back home and even review photographs taken around the city. We would definitely reccommend this hotel without reservation

Cons: Some of the services were not provided and that disappoint us a lot. for example the jacuzzi didn’t worked..

"We stayed in the rsr deluxe rooms on the second floor"

Pros: We stayed in the rsr deluxe rooms on the second floor. very pretty room. the guy who checked us in was so nice and accommodating! we had flown in from barcelona on a 6 am flight and were completely exhausted. instead of kicking us out till 2 pm when normal check in was, they had our room ready for us within an hour of us arriving. we were so relieved! he recommended places to go and see. very happy! we had access to the terrace which was very pleasant and cute- if only we had had time to enjoy it! would stay here again for sure!
Cons: The wifi would cut out numerous times. there were ants all over the breakfast area. when we were brought a tray of snacks for the morning, ants were crawling on the tray. not a major issue since everything was wrapped. the wifi issue was more disconcerting. the location was good for the metro but it was a little unnerving at night being 2 girls with a lot of street sellers (only like 2 blocks from the hotel) hassling us when we were trying to get back to the hotel.

"The location was great and the rooms in the main hotel were lovely"

Pros: The location was great and the rooms in the main hotel were lovely. the added free internet was a nice bonus.
Cons: We were moved after our 1st night into the appartment, which simply was not of the same standard compared with the hotel room which i had actually booked. as this was our honeymoon this was a great disappointment. the trams run past the buidling and on the 4th floor the noise was minimal, however on the 1st floor in the appartment it was impossible to sleep after the trams start at 5.30am, so it was certainly not the relaxing start to our honeymoon as anticipated.
