Room was clean and tidy, very close to central station. many restaurants close by.
Should be advertised as a b&b rather than a hotel. area seems a bit unsafe after dark but we had no issues. Anonymous

The hotel was close to termini. there was a computer in the room with free internet, which was great.No hot water in the morning! elevator only operated from 1/2 floors, so still stairs to navigate with luggage. bed on the floor which made it difficult to get in and out for older people.Anonymous

The separate kitchen was useful for breakfast. the staff were friendly and were happy to help.Bathroom was small and the shower wasn't great, not alot of water pressure and went hot and cold alot.Anonymous

Termini was conveniently located. we also enjoyed the use of the kitchen. the bed was comfortable and the internet in the room was a nice extra. Although we realize they have limited space they can definitely do more to make things more convenient (hooks on the walls/doors for jacket or nightgown; small rack in bathroom for toiletries etc.)
also, the pressure in the shower was very weak, and not completely clean when we arrived. Anonymous

We had an excellent stay. while the accomodations are basic by north american standards the rooms were fine. the central location is excellent and it is easy to get to from the airport via bus and from the train station. the internet access was great as it gave us a chance to catch up with the world. our host was wonderful as he went out of his way to buy a new alarm clock for us to use, he came back to help us when we had problems with our key (our fault). Hotel on 3rd floor but building garbage left at front door. Anonymous

The staff is very kind, and helpful. he recommended and arranged very nice restaurant in rome. I can't think of anything... only thing is that it is a small hotel and the reception isn's always open, so if you are not arriving in decent time, i wouldn't recommend it.
