Yes hotel was basic but very clean and staff were friendly! Would not hesitate to stay there again! The safe was free and it was good to have clean towels and fresh toiletries every day! Free wifi also was a bonus!

 "Who picked out your mattresses and pillows?"
Your newly renovated hotel is beautiful, and the people who work there were very nice. The only reason I didn't give the top rating for the rooms is because the beds were so uncomfortable - hard as a rock. Naturally this leads to the rating of 3 in sleep quality. I don't understand why a hotel would put such uncomfortable mattresses and pillows on a bed.

 "Great hotel for the money"
Great hotel for the price. Remembering it is three stars, was exactly as stated. Modern rooms, very clean, there were four of us, 2 kids, 2 adults, room was spacious enough- not large by any means but enough. Bathroom great and roomy. 24 hr reception which is great. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and choices.Located very close to Roma Termini, we could walk from train station. Tour bus was close, plenty of bars & restaurants close. We walked alot and found location fine. Taxs are ample in the area if you prefer.We would definately return to YES hotel in the future.

 "Great little hotel"
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the YES Hotel. Perfect location right next to the Metro and Termini. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of choice. Recommend.

 "Very nice hotel in a very nice location"
We stayed in Yes Hotel for two nights at the end of a trip through Italy. We recommend the hotel strongly. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the location is great, the staff is very nice and even the breakfast buffet was good.

Recently renewed & redecorated. Modern room (not big). Bed very good boxspring. Breakfast good. Location in street near Metro, busses, Termini station & AIitalia bus to airport. Cleaning good. Very helpfull reception. WiFi for EUR 5 full stay. Bottle wine EUR 10!We had diner in the large amount of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.Good startingpoint for visiting great Rome!

Pros: We were checked in by raoul at the front desk. our airline had misplaced our luggage. he was so kind to reassure us and helped us by providing some basic amenities until we received our luggage. we enjoyed staying at the yes hotel.

 "Very clean, everything we needed for our trip in terms of good location,..."
Pros: Very clean, everything we needed for our trip in terms of good location, close to most things and metro, reception staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had.
Cons: Just that i was not that happy about paying the full amount for the hotel stay when booking on line as opposed to when checking out - no cancellation refunds available. if we had become ill or not been able to fly to rome due to the recent volcanic ash problems we would have lost all that money. but we were lucky and had a very enjoyable trip!

Cons: I would recommend that you consider an environmentally friendly policy that most hotels in the us have adopted, of allowing guests to choose if they want their towels replaced each day. if they are happy to use the same towel, they leave it on the rack. if they want a fresh towel, they will drop the used one on the floor. it is simple and convenient, and prevents a lot of detergent from entering the water, and would save energy for the hotel.
