At the moment of the booking, first night will be charge on your credit card, as deposit. In case of no show or late cancellation, during middle and high season periods, 50% of the total amount will be require as penalty. During low season periods (from November 1st to December 20th and from January 7th to March 15th) a 30% non refundable deposit is required - No show or reduction of stay: entire stay charge.
