Cons: Our room was literally in the hotel attic. this was not clearly communicated on the website or in the reservation (the word for "attic" was in spanish and even an italian i asked did not understand what it meant). lesser comment - hotel keeps bags in an unsecured room on last day of visit after checkout but before departure - not unusual for italy but it made us feel uncomfortable.
