With nearly 5,000 inhabitants, the Umbrian town of Acquasparta is situated right in the center of Italy and is said to date back to the 5th century, though historical records do not exist for another 500 years. The oldest and grandest building in town is undoubtedly the Palazzo Cesi, centrally located near several luxurious Acquasparta hotels.
