From check-in to check-out, it was a lovely stay. very polite, welcoming staff, ready with maps and restaurant reservations whenever requested. lovely (large for venice) room, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and lovely and cool. nice big bathroom. and a pleasant breakfast experience in the morning. we got engaged while we were there so the hotel ai mori d'oriente will always bring back happy memories for us. :)
