Pros: Actually,we did stay in its sister hotel"foscari palace"4stars,because one day after the confirmation the alcyone reception staff informed me that they had moved us(in fact upgraded)with the same price in this sister hotel.i could stand on this excellent, perfect,professional and helpful staff of those two hotels!!!so,regarding 'foscari palace'i could mention only positive things such as location on the grand canal,nearby rialto bridge,great clean and comfortable designed rooms,very polite,helpful personnel,great fascilities and rich breakfast.it was a great gem on grand canal in a super price accomodation.
Cons: Nothing negative!!

Pros: Great location great value for nomey. i think u should mention the fact that it costs around 30 euro per day of parking + 10 euro of moving fee per person fron the parking to any hotel in venice by boat
