a quiet place (maybe too quiet). Was excellent if there was a TV and even better if there was soap in the shower!Looks like the service very much retrenched!!excellent location! clean place!but that's it!I recocmmed this place for the people who just want to sleep and that's it! but if you kind of person who need soap and more then one Toilet paper roll or just a basic service - it's not the place for you!

Pros: Very kind owner, very clean room, and perfect interior design of the room.the location is very easy to find since it is just near bovolo house.all tourist guides can explain where it is.
Cons: No breakfast, but it is no problem

Pros: The room is beautifully decorated. nice and cosy like a vintage house.
Cons: The hotel address given on the booking confirmation is different from the map. i took 2 hours looking for the hotel and i end up didn't have a chance to sit back and have a relax dinner at venice. what a waste! the staff doesn't really speak english and kind of rude when i try to ask for direction from the phone.

Pros: The hotel is easy to find as it near a tourist attraction, so we just followed signs to that, and there was our accommodation, because even vencians that we asked to find the address, couldn't help locate the accommodation that way.
