 "excellent"
Perfect location, we traveled by rail and the location is perfect in all respects, the breakfast was good however for tea lovers a tea pot at breakfast would be appreciated, tea/coffee facilities in rooms would be a bonus, some of us like to have the chance to make a cup of tea on waking or just before retiring to bed in these circumstances room service is not an option.

Cons: The bathroom was dirty, staff were not accommodating and some times rude. room service was ok, but occassionally left rubbish. apart from the reception the rest of the hotel was in very poor accommodation. especially the bathroom. definitley not value for money
