 "Really very good location - 100m from vaporetto with no stairs to claimb..."
Pros: Really very good location - 100m from vaporetto with no stairs to claimb and walking distance to many places, on a very nice square; very kind and very helpfull staff - these are the strongest points; rooms good though it depends a bit on your luck of room assignment - they are not all the same
Cons: If you are after bed & breakfast all is perfectly ok; if you want or have to spent some time in the hotel (like on a rainy morning) there are not too many facilities or convenient bar service; you have to disturb people doing other jobs and this does not feel that good; better organized common areas would add to the "value for money"; bathroom could get a small facelift
