Very close to train station. Excellent staff willing to go the extra mile. This hotel showed to be pet friendly when we booked and when we arrived we were told they did not accept pets but they would make an exception since we were there and with another couple. Not sure where the problem was because I included a statement in the reservation about a pet but it was not in their information either. The location is close to resturaunts, near a water bus stop and among lots of shops. The only real complaint I could come up with is it was kind of noisy in our room (water pipes and clanking noises). All in all a pretty good bang for your buck. Good breakfast buffet.

Pros: I paid 80 euros per night for a single en-suite room, which is fair when compared to other hotels in venice. the hotel has an excellent location, just 2 min walk from the railway station, and i think when visiting venice you should make long walking trips, so being at one side and targeting the other side (san marco) that's a good planning for your visit.
Cons: The breakfast is poor, but there is a brek restaurant self service just beside the hotel, which is very nice for lunch, i recommend.

Pros: Smart looking hotel with clean functional rooms. the map shown on this website was incorrect - the hotel is actually very convenient located just 100m up the street from the station (turn left as you exit the station)
