I made amistake with our arrival times but the receptionist handled it particularly well and i believe may have given us the best room in the hotelMarton

The lift did not work and neither did the shower in the hotel room. the staff were most unhelpfull in all aspects in particular with respect to local laundry facilities when asked if there was a laundromat close by however they were quick to offer the hotels laundry services which they ended up charging us €220.00 to do our laundry plus €21.00 to iron a dress, as they refused to provide an iron and ironing board due to so called safety reasons. they also made a mistake when we checked in and advised that breakfast would be included with the room, we had breakfast at the hotel the first morning we were there however when we turned up at the dining room the following morning the dining room attendant advised breakfast was in fact not included with our room. upon check out the lady at reception forgot to ask for our room keys back. totally unacceptable and unprofessional for a 4 star hotel. we do not recommend this hotel.
