In general everything was fine, the service was great. The hotel is very close to the train and bus station, you dont need to take a taxi(very expensive) or take any boat. Brakefast was really good and was included. The room was good, maybe too much doors to arrive in it (3 doors) and the only thing strange was the space between the toilet and the sink(too close between them).

Pros: Very conveniently located for ple roma, so one can walk there to/from the people-mover to the cruise terminal and the airport buses. the hotel permitted very early check-in and offered an upgraded room. the breakfast was fine, the wi-fi is good quality and free, and the garden is beautiful.
