Please Note: due to renovation works by the Fine Arts Superintendent, we regret to inform you that the view of Piazza San Marco from our windows is not guaranteed at the moment because a scaffolding has been installed in the external façade of this XV century building. Please Note: Official Classification of the Provincia di Venezia (administrative authority): Town House Suites 1st Category. Due to the typology and the level of services offered, Venere.com compares the property to a 3 star Hotel.

Cancellation policy: You can change or cancel this deal free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Please take into account that the check-in date starts at 00:00 (local time).

Free cancellation can be made up until 2 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
