In case of giving up the booked services, the following penalties will be applied: 1-Until 7 days prior to the beginning of your stay: no charge. 2-From 6 days and until 3days prior to the beginning of your stay: charging of 50% of the total amount 3-From 3 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount.

Pros: I love interior design of this hotel. i think the room ambience integrates the senses of both venice identity and modernity in a very charming way. what surprises me was that the hotel provides a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine at the hotel rooftop where the scene of the moon was so impressively romantic. the location of the hotel is close to port san angelo but you have to check-in at another hotel nearby first to get the key to access this hotel building. i would definitely love to stay there again next time i visit venice.
Cons: Everything was almost perfect except i have found some little problems with the plumbing system of this hotel such as, the valve knot for switching water from the bathtub to shower in my room was missing (room 203) so it was extremely hard to change the water from bathtub to shower when there were only an apprx. 2cm. height 0.25cm dia. metal axle left and the water heating system was so slow that it took about 3-4 minutes to actually get hot water running from the faucet.
