Free Cancellation: You can change or cancel this deal free of charge: up to 240 hours before your Check-in date. Please take into account that the Check-in date starts at 0.00 (local time).

We do not accept cancellation by phone (fax or email). The cancellation must arrive at least 10 days before beginning of the stay, otherwise the cost of one night will be charged as penalty; should the cancellation arrive only one day before beginning of the stay or should the guest not arrive on the expected date, the whole cost of the booked service will be charged as penalty directly on the credit card with “no show” operation.
