 "Ca Centopietre, Venice"
Ca Centopietre was just what I needed for my 3 night stay in Venice. The location was excellent - tucked away from the crowds but still in easy walking distance of the sites. The bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. Breakfast was very adequate and Carlo was really helpful. There wasn't a lounge area, but that didn't matter to me. The breakfast room was lovely. I would stay there again!

 "Excellent location, close to academia"
Pros: Excellent location, close to academia. very nice and helpful owner. simple, but edequate breakfast (warm croissants and bread, fruit, yoghurt, cereals).

Pros: Excellent breakfast, fruit, cereal, was great. free wireless internet. the location is very good with good eating options reasonably priced nearby. not far from main attractions
Cons: Not really,difficult to find. thank god for my memory of the utube video. cebtro needs to bee separated from pietrie in address given to locate on map or gps

 "Service was excellent"
Pros: Service was excellent. carlo does everything he can to make it a very nice stay. his recommendations on where to eat and what to visit a very good. the room was in the recently refurbished annex, thus new, big and clean. the breakfast was ok. in general had a good experience with this hotel.
Cons: We stayed at the "annex" of the hotel (which is a building just a few meters away from the main building) that really needs maintenance as it is in very bad condition on the outside, even scary, as it makes the building seem old and falling apart.

Pros: We arrived after travling on train from florence, the owner of the property was very friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay. this room was average for a european style room and we were happy with our stay.
