The building has been completely restored and conserves the period features typical of the old residences of the Venetian nobility: Venetian style floors, wooden doors and windows, a broad staircase with wrought iron banisters and wooden beams.Just a few yards away from this elegant Venetian bed & breakfast is one of Venice's most interesting attractions: the famous Scala Contarini also known as "Bovolo", an incredible architectural example of the fusion between Gothic and Renaissance styles, built with a series of loggias that wind upwards for several floors.
