Pros: Your hotel staff was top notch. the front desk was wonderful in answering all our questions and alway very friendly. your waitress in the breakfast rooms were also very friendly and always there when you needed something. a very enjoyable stay with canaletto. we got lost finding the hotel but that was us.
Cons: Not at all!!! and i would recommend this hoel to everyone on the list below. to answer question #1 i did not book this the other couple had been their before so she emailed them personally.
