I booked a single room for 4 nights and was pleasently suprised when i arrived a 5am that i got an beautiful double room, with 15ft high ceiling, king size bed, mini bar, air con and amazingly decorated room done in venician style. staff went out of there way to help booking tours, giving me time of water taxi's to the airport etc. good breakfast and i actually thought the coffee was alright.Down a little alley of one of the squares, make sure you have a good map to find the place, not really a negative, location is perfect, i will definitly stay here again.Anonymous

Excellent location (five minute walk from both san marco and the rialto but off on a quiet side street); friendly staff; decent breakfast; got a great price for the room/locationWhile the bathroom was clean and seemed recently updated, the room itself was quite outdated and seemed a bit dingy; while pay-internet is common (it seems) in many budget hotels and in venice in general, it still seems odd to me that free internet is not a basic amenity...Naing

Very clean and meet 3 stars standard. good breakfast and good neighbourhood. close to all the attractions.Difficult to find the hotel if you are not good at directions. you cannot see hotel signbord at public area. and need more time to find the place.
