Great location. Good facilities. Rich breakfast.Polite reception, not very smiley restaurant staff. We have asked for a canal view room and we were given one. No 102, right on the canal. You can enjoy the real life of Venice, with condolas going through all the time. Noisy but very interesting! Be aware of restaurants offering tourist menu, or the ones that are on piazzas. Thre is fraud!! We suggest rossopomodoro pizza, just outside the hotel. Allilaguna is the cheapest and the best way to travel to and from Venice to the Marco Polo Airport. You can catch it outside the airport for 15 euro one way.no worth to pay money for gondola , you see them all day long passing, travel to Murano for glass, Burano for colorful houses and Torcetto for an old church

Pros: Location is awesome, in the heart of everything
Cons: The shower had two temps, freezing and scalding. but otherwise the room and hotel are very nice.
