Pros: The hotel was in a great position and easyt o find (for venice)room decor was lovely and the staff were very helpful nice to have your bags carried to and from room.room was quite large for europe and quiet.
Cons: We are australians and dont tip but was uneasy as to whether it was expected. i didnt think it was common practice in italy???
