"Welcoming and helpful staff"

Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff. loved the decor and feeling to the rooms and the interior of the hotel in general. fun and different. clean and fresh. would recommend it to anyone visiting venice. perfect location.
Cons: Would have loved to be able to boil som water for tea in the room.

Welcoming and helpful staff
