Pros: The staff was kind and nice. the hotel was clean and comfortable. great location near piazza san marco.
Cons: Don't go to the restaurants associated with this hotel. the food is terrible and the prices are a rip off. do your homework and find the out of the way restaurants. you'll be so glad you did.
