Pros: The staff was very helpfull and welcomming. we were upgraded to a larger room without charge. the hotel was recently renovated and the room was comfortable and bathroom was up to the latest standard. the breakfast was good and served in a nice room on level 2. what was outstanding was the friendly staff and their willingness to assist in any matter. the location of the hotel is great and close to many sights. initially a bit tricky to find, when you follow the instructions and get to the bridge where it says you can see the hotel, look up and it's right there. can recommend it and will come back if possible.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. room was clean and very comfortable. location is excellent.
Cons: One slight inconvenience was that the elevator only goes up to the second floor. we had to walk up one flight to our third-floor room. the information we had prior to booking did not mention this fact.

Pros: The hotel is brilliantly located just 2 mins from st marks and about 10 moms from rialto. room was great, upgraded to superior at no charge so i could have a terrace and somewhere to sit when my little boy was sleeping. fantastc air con in room made a difference as stifling outside. staff really helpful. all in all highly recommended i will be going back there as soon as i can.
