"Excellent location- clean hotel"

Pros: Excellent location- clean hotel
Cons: People dragging luggage down the stairs during the night constantly distrubed us sleeping- rooms 21&22

Pros: The hotel is located in a great part of venice very close to st marks so you cant beat the location -the hotel staff very imformative and helpful and very accomadating - would stay there again - it is not the flashiest hotel but it is clean comfortable safe and in a great location - ou could pay alot more for these attributes and still noy have a flahy hotel ! there are alot of stairs so if you dont like stairs or carrying bags this is not our hotel
