Great location. nice big rooms and very comfortable beds. great place to stay if you take young kids to venice, as there is a lovely (free) beach is just a few minutes away. also, plenty of bars and restaurants for the evening.
Reasonable selection at breakfast, but awful surroundings. the hotel has two lovely terraces, but breakfast is served in a dark and uninspiring room!
also a bit cheap to charge guests for wifi and the private beach - come on, le boulevard, do the decent thing!
2pm check-in a bit punishing for a party of 8 (2 family rooms), including 4 under 10. (you could have given us one room in which to dump our stuff!)
