 "Weekend in Venice"
In a nice area of Venice, right by a water bus with good restaurants nearby . Only criticisms are that the rooms are quite small (3 in the building) and the soundproofing between them is not great , also the breakfast is basic. and you will get lost trying to find your way to the b&b!
